Foot Baths at work...
- Improved circulation - Soaking your feet in warm water can help blood vessels dilate, which can increase blood flow to your legs and feet. This can reduce swelling and pain.
- Softening - Foot baths can help soften your skin and nails.
- Removing toxins- Soaking your feet in Epsom salt can help draw out toxins through your skin. Epsom salt can also help with muscle soreness, stress reduction, relaxation, exfoliation, and inflammation.
- Reducing inflammation - A hot-and-cold contrast bath can help reduce inflammation from soft tissue injuries, like a sprained ankle or plantar fasciitis. The varying temperatures cause your blood vessels to open and close, which increases blood flow to the area.
- Pain relief - Foot soaks can help with aches and pains in your feet and other parts of your body.
- Stress relief - Foot soaks can increase your body temperature, which can relieve muscle and mental tension.
